ISL78714BMS5XBEKIT1Z 是一款参考设计套件,有助于测试汽车电池管理系统 (BMS) 解决方案的 ISL78714 锂电池组模拟前端 IC 和瑞萨电子 RH850 微控制器 (MCU)。RH850 与 ISL78714 设备通信,以监控电池电压、电池组温度和电流,记录重大故障检测及控制电池平衡。ISL78714 包含菊花链硬件以在电池之间提供稳定、隔离的通信。RH850 能通过接口连接到多个 CAN、LIN、UART 和 RS-485 总线,并控制多个 PWM 输出。

这款参考设计套件可作为一个完整的汽车电池管理系统,监控多达 70 块串联锂电池。
